Aegis and NetCertification Merger
Dallas - January 28, 2002- Aegis Learning Group, a Dallas, TX based eLearning company announced today that it has completed an acquisition and merger of operations with NetCertification, Inc., the leading provider of training and testing to the association marketplace. NetCertification's line of web-based products and resources align very well with Aegis Learning Group's risk management courseware, enhancing both lines of products and solutions aimed at the needs of businesses, health care institutions, governmental entities and professional associations.
NetCertification has established a strong presence in the association training, testing and certification market. NetCertification's current customer base consists of over 70 associations representing a combined membership base of more than two million members with 210 courses already deployed.
