TICOM, Inc.
TICOM is a diversified technical services company that provides quality engineering services to Government and Industry in areas of systems engineering, analyses and technical assistance. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, the company has enrolled in some 95 Aegis courses.
For their sexual harassment training, TICOM selected Aegis Learning Group (Edgia) because of the convenience for their employees, the automatic recording of course scoring with proof of completions and the ease of getting participants set up and enrolled.

Carroll, IA Service Center
In addition to AHS’s corporate office, the three Service Centers in Carroll, IA, Memphis, TN, and Santa Rosa, CA, have been participating in Aegis (Edgia) courses for more than a year. With their experience with Aegis (Edgia) courseware, they have come to believe that “the courses have been useful as a different medium for our employees to utilize for training other than the traditional class room training,” according to Trish Baumhover, People Development Manager at the Carroll Service Center.

Among their training challenges, AHS has a geographically-diverse workforce. “This has been great for our company to utilize the on-line classes for us to become legally compliant in HR areas.
